(Raleigh, NC, June 4, 2012)—Ammons Development Group announces the opening of the final phase of Heritage. The new phase will consist of five neighborhoods, three of which will open in early June.

The three individual neighborhoods opening now are Heritage Way, Heritage Gates and Heritage Cornerstone. They have been designed to accommodate different lifestyles and home styles from single-story living with maintenance-free yards, to active family living and executive homes. Homes range in size from 1900sf to over 3400sf and are priced from the $270’s to the mid $400s.

Additional amenities were added as well. The community walking trail has been extended along Sandord Creek and protected greenway.
